Fees are plus 18% GST (Silver ₹3,539, Gold ₹10,619 charged); a GST invoice is issued to your GSTIN. UPI AutoPay, cards and net-banking mandates all work — both fees sit under the ₹15,000 e-mandate limit, so renewals need no second OTP. Your card is linked to your Haveli AI login: the same email and mobile on Razorpay, on the card and at checkout.

Billing

Razorpay auto-pay, once a year. UPI AutoPay, cards or net-banking. Reminder 7 days before renewal; failed charges retried for 7 days with your card still active.

Cancel any time

One message on WhatsApp or a reply to any membership email. Benefits run to the end of the paid year; no pro-rated refund.

Upgrade

Silver to Gold any time — unused Silver days are credited against the Gold fee. Your card number never changes.

One card per login

Linked to your Haveli AI account, not transferable. Discounts apply to pre-GST item value on haveliai.in and team-built cart links; not combinable with codes.

Questions

When does the member discount apply?

Automatically at checkout on every order while you are logged in to the account that holds the card. The store discount (5% / 8%) and the member discount (2.5% / 4%) both show on the same order.

Does it stack with discount codes?

It stacks with the automatic store discount only. Discount codes do not combine with member pricing, except your one-time welcome credit.

What happens if a renewal payment fails?

Razorpay retries for 7 days and we email you. Your card stays active through that week. If it still fails, member pricing switches off until you rejoin — your card number stays reserved.

Can I upgrade Silver to Gold mid-year?

Yes. The unused part of your Silver fee is credited against Gold, pro rata by day, and your card number stays the same. There is no downgrade mid-year.

Is GST charged on the fee?

Yes — 18% GST is added to the fee (Silver ₹2,999 + GST = ₹3,539; Gold ₹8,999 + GST = ₹10,619). A GST invoice is issued to your GSTIN when you give one.

Is the card transferable?

No. One card per login, tied to the email and mobile on your Haveli AI account. Vault oils are for your own manufacturing use.

How do I cancel?

Message us on WhatsApp (+91 90820 42266) or reply to any membership email; the mandate is cancelled the same day and benefits run to the end of the paid year.
